wow. just wow honestly

i can read, thanks. i wouldn't have been upset by the game at all if there were a REAL warning. when i downloaded the game, the description said nothing about what the content in the game was. this is the old "disclaimer" that was in the description when i read it before downloading the game.

DISCLAIMER: This experience contains elements that involve sensitive and disturbing subject matter. It may be unsettling to some players. Individuals who find disturbing content distressing are advised to refrain from playing. Do not take this lightly.

i would've been perfectly fine as i am with most horror/"disturbing" content if i had known the subject matter beforehand, since i would've known what to expect and what i was getting myself into playing. real trigger warnings need to be actually normalized. that vague of a description can be very harmful to people suffering from traumas relating to sa.

and the fact that you're saying "0 sympathy" towards someone who is upset by content about sexual assault (again, that i had no clue thats what this game was about as the disclaimer did not mention it/wasn't edited when i downloaded) says a lot about you, not in a good way at all.

the warning says nothing about what the actual subject matter is, so no. there are a lot of other comments about the case it's apparently based on, it's a quick google search if you don't know what it is. doesn't seem like much of a coincidence since it's so similar.

thats not a clear warning. you don't realize the fact that people that are sensitive to content about sa/csa can enjoy other kinds of horror content/can enjoy content about those subjects if given a proper warning and know what to expect. the simple "this has disturbing content" warning is not enough for that particular subject.

it's definitely fine to spread awareness/use these topics to express feeling about the subject, etc. but this game also needs a proper warning about the content. some people do not want anything to do with consuming content with this subject matter if it triggers them or makes them uncomfortable. that's my problem with this game. not the actual subject matter, just the fact there are no real warnings on it before playing.

please put an actual warning on this. a specific warning. i went into this having no clue what the game was about and almost had a genuine panic attack. the subject matter actually made me feel sick and i had to quit before i properly finished the game. normalize actual trigger warnings and specify what the triggering content is, please.(edit: apparently this is similar to a real case, ik the dev said it's not based on it. doesn't make it less weird how similar the game and the case are. also, i do know the description has since been changed. it was different before and did not mention the sa aspect when i downloaded the game. so yes, i can read. i didn't ignore the description. it was not updated when i made this comment. what i said still stands for other situations even now that the description is updated.)

i don't think i've ever been as genuinely scared while playing a game as i was while playing this.

i need more levels/another game like this. it was so frustrating but so satisfying once you figure it all out. love the style, it's super creepy but so cool
